With over 160 employees based in its headquarters in Hamburg, as well as other key locations in Germany, Poland, England and Italy, the IT service provider offers comprehensive support   for end-users across all of PANASONIC's business divisions.

The prerequisite: an IT usage concept that is internationally scalable and provides a transparent overview of all leased devices and their contractual conditions - anytime and anywhere.

ASSETS

Complete management of workplace technology in Germany and several European countries - including more than 8,100 assets. These include notebooks (around 40%), monitors (20%) and smartphones (just under 30%) as well as servers and large printers. 

FINANCE

"Usage instead of ownership" is the motto of our financing concept. The price-per-device approach for the entire IT infrastructure ensures planning security and cost control.

Lifecycle Services

During the usage period, we support Panasonic by taking care of the pre-configuration of mobile devices, delivery of the devices to locations throughout Europe, support and maintenance, regular review meetings and any necessary adjustments, rapid replacement in the event of a defect and at the end of life, we collect the devices for secure data erasure. 

TESMA

To ensure the desired transparency regarding its IT equipment, PISCEU opted for asset management through our tesma® platform. Our technology and service management platform integrates commercial and technical data, providing comprehensive insights throughout the technology lifecycle: from consulting and rollout to device retrieval and certified data erasure. 

The platform offers managers from various departments key information on the IT landscape and individual assets. For example, during investment planning, tesma® provides details on device configurations, locations and budget development. During operations, the application provides controlling reports for simple budget, consumption and capacity planning. At the end of the usage period, PISCEU receives information about asset status, usage period and planned and completed removal. The complete data erasure process for IT equipment is also visible through tesma.

Transparent and internationally scalable asset management is a key aspect of our successful and long-standing collaboration. PISCEU values our strong partnership. For example, the teams from both companies have jointly developed a process manual as the basis for our cooperation.
